Dr Van der Wall and Dr Magee have had over 30 years experience in Molecular Imaging. We do the full range of nuclear medicine studies and dedicated Bone Mineral Density (BMD). A high level cardiac stress laboratory is available and we perform treadmill and pharmacologic stress testing with a nurse in attendance. We offer a full range of musculoskeletal imaging with SPECT/ CT for novel causes of lower back pain, sporting injuries and complications of orthopedic joint replacement. This includes infection imaging with labelled white blood cells. We have developed and patented a test for Gastro-oesophageal reflux and its effects on the lungs, vocal cords, sinuses and middle ears. This is a world first and is unique to the practice at Meadowbank.
